In 1992, Manuel Arcobello: started his newsletter with the goal of alerting his readers to fantastic quality wine bargains in the Seattle area. You can save many times the cost of subscribing because you will know about these great bargains in time to take advantage of tremendous savings. Arcobello’s knowledge of the wine retail and wholesale trade gives him the ability to locate the best wine bargains in the Seattle area, usually special offers that are quickly sold out, not to return. These include both domestic and imported wines, ranging in price from $2.99 a bottle to those few costly gems occasionally offered at fantastic closeout prices.
